I have only two words to summarize our weekend with the Sabahans during the ‘H’ Factor Nationwide Creative Youth Workshop in Sutera Harbour – KK Rocks! *wink*
waiting for the workshop to begin The energy, enthusiasm and receptiveness of the east Malaysians is simply overwhelming. The team, speakers and I loved and enjoyed every moment of it. Despite the fact that Sutera Harbour could only cater for a capacity of 180 pax max, we had a turnout of 300 people. So packed that we had to put two people to a seat in some of the rows.

Also, talent is what the Sabahans definitely have. Without a doubt. *smile* During my TV hosting segment alone, I had already discovered 2 potential hosts – Raoul and Jasmine – who not only had the spunk but the guts and wit to stand out among the rest. Spontaneity and versatility put to the test – and passed with flying colours! *wink*

song request I believe that after the recent weekend in Sabah, my question about whether we should bring ‘H’ Factor back to KK next year was answered with full conviction. A definite yes! *smile*

Besides the workshop and its outstanding participants, the team and I also had the opportunity to savour some of the best edibles the town could offer – seafood – all thanks to Fellest’s parents (Mr. & Mrs. Yan) who had graciously arranged to host an after-workshop-dinner for the crew and speakers. *smile*
Being our lucky day, we also managed to catch a lobster changing its skin – LIVE! So strange yet intriguing. Have you seen that happen before? The entire process right in front of your eyes? Amazing…
