Shark-fin Risotto

Risotto is a rich, traditional Italian rice dish and is one of the most common ways of cooking rice in Italy. One variant of this in fusion style is a Chinese shark-fin risotto which I had for dinner a couple of days ago. Interesting combo… *laugh*

looks rather bland but it actually tastes quite good

The meal was paired up with this shrimp dumpling, but I obviously ate most of it before my camera got a chance to get a shot. *laugh* Yes, I was hungry. *laugh*

Well that dumpling looked very good,but takkan 1 plate 1 biji dumpling...je x kenyang la....RIGHT hannah.:)hehehe.

laaaa... i thought they served the risotto one plate but gave only one shrimp dumpling... mana tau Hannah sapu all and left only one for the camera... :p~hehehe
