I’ve got to be honest with you that although I absolutely LOVE cooking, baking is definitely not my forte. Haha. The first time I baked for real was during NTV7’s Secret Recipe Celebrity Cookout Challenge TV programme a while back, so you go figure… *laugh* Since my mum (who is an excellent cook BTW *wink*) had the afternoon free, I made it a point to improve my baking skills by getting her to teach me the art of pineapple tart-making. Home-made style, of course. *big-grin*

They're not in perfect shape because we used the manual hand-shaping method instead of a mould. Homemade style ma... Every piece is unique. Ya. Haha. Oh and the cucumber-shaped ones are my mum's, while the funny round ones are mine since I personally prefer the jam-overload style. If ever I run out of work to pay my bills, you’ll have to start ordering pineapple tarts from me by the bulk ya…!!!! Haha.

Hannah, u meant the green pandan cake or your pink cake? if the pandan den ya la.. lau sai also come out that color ;p HAHA!!

but if your cake can lau-sai? sure boh?
the judges liked it rite...?
they said its like ice-cream cake..melts in your mouth :D can still remember the recipe?

Must taste it 1st, then will know coz the looks a bit odd. Haha.
If you can improve the looks a little, I believe you can probably use it to raise funds for good cause.

Hey, maybe you could consider contra payment for your bills in the form of pineapple tarts. Homemade style boh, sure creditors with accept one..hehehee.
