My last food post from Singapore before we head back to pics from the good ol’ Kuala Lumpur. *grin* I gotta stop eating so much now that my metabolic rate has slowed down, but this lil’ piggy can’t seem to help it… :-( *laugh* Well, something I had the chance to check out this trip was a rather interesting French-Vietnamese restaurant along Mohamed Sultan Road – Le Tonkin Restaurant Lounge.

Cozy, quiet and rated top ten by local food directory http://www.flavor.sg. If you ask me, I’d rate the food presentation a 7 of 10, and perhaps a 6 for taste. Above average but not the very best. Regardless, it's definitely worth the try although I wouldn’t recommend the coconut crème brulee. *laugh* The beef noodle soup is good tho… *wink* ... and you'll probably guess just that, since the pic of that particular dish is missing (if you noticed, haha). Again, I ate it all up before realizing I forgot to take a pic! Big joke la...! Haha.

The best part of this particular meal was the company. *smile* Totally enjoyed the dinner because of the wonderful people I was with, including this lovely Japanese lady… *smile* Let me introduce you to Erika San. *smile* Such a sweet person who was also kind enough to mention me in her blog. Hehe. Such an honour. *smile* Check it out… http://ameblo.jp/eric-assetta
