Music Festival in Tokyo
Written by Hannah Tan

I had the chance to do a bit of homework last Monday (being a public holiday in Japan) by checking out a local music festival in town. Quite an interesting lineup at the various different stages with different genres of bands performing. I especially enjoyed the brass jazz band called “Bloodest Saxaphone” which I thought were just as good as a typical all-African American blues/jazz band, and by golly can the Japanese groove~ Hehe. Oh and one thing good in particular which I noticed about the Japanese crowd is that they are extremely responsive and enthusiastic, definitely a dream for all entertainers! Haha. I look forward to the day I get a crowd like that! *big-hopeful-grin*

2 of my favourites *smile*

Well unfortunately cameras weren't allowed in the vicinity of the stages so I only got to take this pic behind one of the stages (the pool stage). Check out the background of Tokyo city! *smile* Sorry ya, I'm using the standard digital camera so the lights were not captured too well. My camera skill also kurang sikit... Haha

Well it’s 5am now and I’m so so tired but I couldn’t possibly go to bed without saying hi to you for the day. *smile* Hope you guys had a good start to the week. *smile* It rained in Tokyo today after a string of really hot and humid ones, so it was a nice change indeed. *smile* Looking forward to sharing more pics with you again tomorrow night after I get back from work. So sorry for the wait with this one ya. Miss you guys… *smile* Gotta get up in another 3 hours so gotta hit the sack soon! Oyasumi nasai~ (goodnight) *smile*

You can wish for as many additional hours in a day as you want, but it's not likely to happen. Unless someone decided to reform the timing/calender system or the world starts to spin at a slower rate (possible end of world scenario).
