*laugh* I hope this won’t make you hungry like it did with me as I worked on this post. Hahaha. Just wanted to share the luaaaarve… *laugh* Sabah is officially PANDA certified as the land of the best and least expensive seafood in Malaysia! Haha. Of course, not all restaurants match up to my standards of taste and quality (not to mention price!), but this particular place in KK does and it’s called Sri Mutiara. If you remember, I posted up pics of this place about a year back saying it was the best in KK… well, since I liked it so much, I decided to acquire a small stake in the restaurant. Hehe. So please go check it out k. If you’re familiar with KK, I dare say that the food there is better AND cheaper than Ocean Restaurant. *wink*

Oh and before I forget, here are the pics from the launch of Sabah's first 'green' building (which you might've read about in the news today/yesterday) and of course as the boys have been anticipating, the shot with this year's hot Miss Malaysia Earth. *wink* Enjoy... haha.

We’re working on restructuring the menu this week so I have been literally stuffing myself with seafood from the first afternoon I arrived. And since we have more than 100 dishes to try out and shoot, I don’t think I can leave KK anytime soon! *laugh* If you’re ever in town, please come and pay us a visit at Lot 9, 10 & 11, Sedco Complex, Tel: 088-255211 (it’s a square with various seafood restaurants). Nothing fancy though ya, but I assure you that the food will not disappoint! *laugh*

from the outside, but if you go and makan, please sit at the indoor air-conditioned area k! No extra charge. Haha.

u can get it along in brickfield..with help of the wedding groomers...and im very sure....u will far so pretty...its the matter of wearing it ...kinda hard too....hehehe.....im totally gonna jump for joy ..not oni me..even all other fans...

Pa Kabar? Hope all is good ya. U're into Seafood business now too. Pretty Neat, Pretty Good. Your recommendations of food, I can definitely trust, after all those gastronomic coverages over the time. I will be in KK end of the month and mid next. Will surely pay a visit to your House of Seafood. I will go for the Crab, Scallop, Oysters, Lala and Flied Lice. That is all enough for me. I bought the frozen ones at the airport "Seafood is Our Business" the last time. Unfortunately its not at all fresh. Will the new menu be out by then? Good luck on yer new venture babe.

And prayers goes out to all the people in the West of Sumatra. Always have to be thankful for who and where we are today, for we are still very3 fortunate in many2 ways.

What sort of 'Green' techs they have for the building?

Btw, Ocean Seafood had a branch here in Miri but closed down due to price, quality & location. The seafood place at Sedco complex seems to look a bit like the seafood place at Taman Kereta in Kuching, have u try there before?

Eddie, very true indeed. Well, we just took over so may need some time to turn things around but that’s why I need your feedback and comments. *smile* Look for my partner George or our Manager Jenny if you’re there k. MUST try the butter crabs with deep fried ‘man-tau’, or the ‘yim-kuk’ crabs. Steam fish – the stone fish is my personal favourite. The bones of the fish are GREEN in colour, so it’s quite interesting. Hahaha. And MUST eat our coconut pudding ya. It runs out fast though, so must call to book before you go k. *wink*

Dont know u did participate on the "Green". That seafoond place used to have 2 giants operated for decade. after that no longer famous due to missed managed / taste & pricy. people turned to elsewhere. there r a few nice food & afforable unlike u mentioned Ocean is meant for tourist not Sabahan. Yah, u trust ur gd taste should go back & try how gd is the Mutiara. Looks stunning photos though. *wink*

and hannah,,deepavali is just round da corner...hope u will go out there n try some sweets from India..cn get it in brickfield ... :) and i wish to see u in saree too :) hehehe.....we all want to see...cheongsam done,baju kebaya done,left oni saree :)
