Didn’t get much sleep last night and nursing a sore throat and a bad migrane from all the cigarette smoke around me last nite (most people in Japan smoke so imagine being indoors in a room full of smokers with no ventilation). I think I somehow need to find a way to try and get used to it in Japan because it can be pretty rude to keep excusing yourself to the toilet when someone beside you pulls out a cigarette rite? *laugh*

I just dread the after effect though, the sore throat and the migrane, but it’s part of the lifestyle here so I’ll need to adapt soon and fast! Haha. Wish my throat wasn’t so sensitive though… :-( My management boss however is very considerate and he’s actually stopped smoking for more than 2 weeks now! Subarashi! *smile*

I’m waiting for some pics from yesterday’s live gig in Shibuya and once I get my hands on them I’ll post them up k! *smile* Meantime, here’s more yummy ramen to share! Hehe.

This is another place in Shibuya near my Japanese Language school, introduced to us by Giovani San, a classmate from Canada. A few of us decided to grab a quick bite after class today before we went ahead with the rest of our individual schedules and trust me, there’s nothing better than a nice hot bowl of yummy soup on a cold evening. Bliss! Haha.

It was colder than usual this evening for some reason…windy day, so I guess that’s part of the cause. Brrrrrr….! Haha. Oh and yeah, I was in for a really pleasant surprise when Santa sent me an early Christmas parcel from Malaysia. Hehe. Guess what was inside? Hehe…

All this! Food stock! Muesli bars, maggi asam laksa, maggi curry flavour, Bovril and the works. Happy happy! Hehe. I’ve never appreciated maggi as much as I do now. Haih! Haha. For those of you who want to send me love in a box too, please ask Leonard for my mailing addie ya! Haha. No explosives please! :-p Love you guys! Mwah~

Marv, I have no idea. Haha. Trying to figure that out myself. Yet to Google it. Haha. And CNY parcel? Haha. I can only keep my fingers crossed. Haha. It’s going to be a lonely one this year! Haha.

Adli, wah, you really live spicy food eh? Ramen for me – I never actually fancied it but I guess having tried the proper ones here I’m a new convert now. Haha. But I prefer maggie to ramen here in Japan only because of the price difference! Haha. But taste also la. Asam laksa flavour cannot find in Japan. Haha. And so sweet of you. Ok if I need anything I’ll let you know! Haha

What's with the charcoal inside the water? I only knew that charcoal absorb bad smell but this..?

the ramen at sakae sushi is not bad :D

but nothing beats korean ramen. pepper paste all the way!

for me its too HOT to handle [just like panda] ;p

pelik la... malaysians like me prefer ramen than maggie. now when panda is overseas, she prefer maggie than ramen pulak! pelik... :p
