100% for the last Hiragana test, in injured thumb and snow in Tokyo!
Written by Hannah Tan
God is so gracious to me. That’s all I can say. Haha. Another miraculous full marks for my last Hiragana test as we wrapped up the syllabus to start off with our first Katakana lesson today. So the nightmare continues… haha.
From this week, everything at the language school will be taught in Hiragana and no more words in Romaji like what I’m so used to… haih! Haha. Gambarimasu yo! Haha. Well, to speed up the learning process, I also had the current pre-production song I’m working on written in Hiragana! Hehe.
Oh and clumsy me – I accidentally sliced of 2 tiny chucks of flesh off my thumb last night in the kitchen and it’s still bleeding today although not as much tho, thankfully. The part where the skin came off doesn’t hurt as much as the 2 holes in the flesh. Haha. Oh well, at least I’ll learn to be more careful the next time, and appreciate taking my shower and doing everything else with the 2 hands and palms God gave me even more! Haha.
I got caught in the rain today heading back from the language school in the afternoon but later this evening when I came home from work, I was pleasantly surprised by my first snowy night in Tokyo!!!! Woohoo~ This pic was taken when it just started snowing. Hopefully tomorrow everywhere will be covered with snow! Hehe. Christian Bautista suggested I dip my injured thumb in the snow and thinking about it now, it seems to be a rather good idea! Christian you’re a genius! Haha.
Till tomorrow guys. Sleep tight! *grin*
