I’m scared of heights and that’s the truth. *laugh* Nevertheless, sometimes, being on the job requires you to do whatever it takes to get it done, even if it means facing your biggest fears. This time for me, I had to face my fear of heights…

Copenhagen is famous for Carlsberg beer and during our visit there, the production team and I had the privilege of having an exclusive tour around the iconic Carlsberg city, complete with its brewery, fermentation tanks and even its own museum. A very interesting experience indeed, where we got to actually see how beer was being made. Part of the footages for the program were shot at the fermentation tanks where a few of us had to climb up to the very top to make sure YOU had something interesting on your screens! *laugh* So when you watch the clips online and on your TV screens, bear in mind the agony I had to go through climbing up and down those stairs just to entertain you ya! *laugh*

ok, finally I managed to calm my nerves and smile a little for this 3-second shot. *laugh*

Aren’t you suppose to NOT look down when coming down? At least that’s what I would have done (I have a fear of heights as well)
Wah ! it really a honour that you really make it up there and dont forget not to look down as i know ow it feel anyway good job well done , bravo
Spiral staircase does make you dizzy *grin* My most challenging experience with height is to climb up a tower crane of 12 storeys high.. for job too..haha.. yup, scary though but when you reached the top. The feeling is totally great!
Well done Hannah. *wink*
Oh btw, Carlsberg does only pilsner beer right?
Weeeeee… so fun.
I think i will get a headache while going up and going down. lol.. Going round and round and round until dizzy.. >.
Haha yes indeed. *laugh* Marvin, actually Carlsberg produces a lot of other types of beer as well, eg. Guld Øl, classic, Stærk Øl, Påskeøl, etc. But I suppose Pilsner is the most common. *smile*
wooow! nice spiral stairs. such a tall structure. all this just to see how beer is made and to entertain us. so kind. haha. wow the cameraman looks kind of brave. looking down and taking pictures. a big round of applause to him and to you, Hannah for making the shots worth it. haha.
Shaun, you’re the sweetest. *smile* And the cameraman you see in that pic is actually our producer Aaron, multitasking. *laugh* And yes, he is brave indeed. Hehe.
the last time i saw all this silo was in a milk factory in japan lol producing milk cheese dairy and ice cream…
