I finally found
internet connection! *grin* Felt so handicapped without it. No joke. Haha.
Anyway, Perth is hot! Literally. *laugh* It’s a
beautiful city indeed and despite what many people said about Perth being one of the most boring
places, I reckon I could actually get used to living here. It’s so peaceful
(although it’s most probably because my Blackberry isn’t working – somehow
there seems to be a problem with my telco roaming partner here) and laid back.
Just the perfect environment for writing, which is what I have been doing ever
since I got here. Haven’t done much except stay home working on my computer
(minus the internet connection unfortunately) so managed to get some work done.

My best friend Jamie and I rented a car yesterday to
go grab some groceries in the city so we managed to catch some pics while at
it. *smile* This trip is actually a real treat for the both of us in many ways,
especially for me after the few crazy sleepless days in KL. *laugh* My parents
should be arriving tomorrow so will definitely have more pics for you then. I’m
looking forward to checking out the zoo and the underwater world, but for now,
I’m just going to enjoy the luxury of staying indoors and pigging out in front
of my computer. *laugh* Peace and quiet at work. *smile* Oh, and I’m proud to
say that I actually managed to catch up on sleep since I arrived. *smile*
