I had quite an interesting time
at the Cosplay, Comics Anime and Games Exhibition (C2AGE) 2009 event organized
by the students of the HELP Matriculation Centre last Saturday. What really
impressed me was the degree of commitment the students had in putting together
such an extensive event, besides the effort put in by Cosplayers to get into
character – eye candy for me indeed. *grin*
Above all, I was grateful to
have the honour of meeting the Japanese Ambassador (His Excellency Masahiko
Horie) and his beautiful wife (Mrs. Yoko Horie), who’s impactful speech that
morning started off in Malay, much to our surprise. Yes, he delivered the first
part of his opening address in our native language so flawlessly it almost put
some locals to shame. *laugh* Now that’s
what localization is all about, and I take my hats off to him in full respect.
*smile*
I was caught by surprise of
having the mic passed on that morning though, because the initial arrangement
was solely to be present to check out the exhibition, but hey, no regrets
because that was when I had the opportunity to sing with His Excellency who
could’ve put me out of job. *laugh* Such a sport indeed. *smile*
For those who missed out on the
event, I’ll be sharing more pics when we get our copy from the organizers, so
hang in there ya. *smile* Meantime, have a great start to the new week and will
look forward to sharing more with you soon! *smile* Big hugs~
xxx

Hannah,
Been out of Malaysia for a year already
I miss all my favorite things in Malaysia besides you. hehehehehe
So I decided to become your number 1 fan in Europe. ahahaha!!
I had some of the best Dim Sum in Penang when I was working in Malaysia. There is also one famous place in Ipoh. God I miss it so much. Dim Sum just not the same in Holland.
By the way Hannah I was your biggest Mat Salleh fan. I recently moved back to Holland to open a new clinic in Amsterdam. If you are ever in Europe for a visit please do not hesitate to be my Guest. Free Chiropractic treatment for you, your friends and family.
I will be updating my new web address soon. here was my Malaysian website. I love that you are a great role model for health in Malaysia. Malaysian people need to have a great role model like you. Keep up the extraordinary work.
Thank you for being the sweetest celebrity in Malaysian media.
WOW and now I am listening to your song. Aiiiyoh!! Pretty, Intelligent, Act and now singing, Is there anything you can’t do?
Regards,
Dr. Christopher Ries

Oooops!! sorry i didn’t see not to put my web address there. I just read it now. It was too late to remove it. Hope its ok.
just imagine Hannah in a cosplay outfit ;p
WHOA!!!!!!
i thought Hannah short hair now? or is it extensions?
oh ya, panda…
if ur going back to Japan anytime soon, i STRONGLY suggest that u DO NOT BUY any facial products that contains “sai”… any products that says “nightingale” is confirmed a “sai” product. Takkan u wan2 put “sai” on ur pretty face right???
haha! just watched Discovery lately and thought u might wanna know
Haha. Very funny Adli. :-p And I have short hair? Haha. When did that happen? Thanks for the advice on the ‘sai’ products. Haha. BTW, ‘sai’ as in waste? Haha. Tell me more! Sound interesting. Haha.
Dr. Christopher, so nice of you to pop us a comment. *smile* And I’m honoured! Haha. BTW, you’re far too kind. And thanks for making my day with such nice words of encouragement. Doesn’t sound like me at all though, but at least I have something to work towards, thanks to you. *smile* Still a long way to go for me… Checked out your website too. Cool pic of yourself. *smile* You have a Malay name – did you convert in Malaysia? OH and I’d be very excited to check out your clinic if I ever make a trip to Amsterdam. Are you sure about free Chiropractic treatment for the friends and family too tho…? We’ve got a pretty big online family y’know….haha. Thanks again for all your support and encouragement Doc! God bless and hope Holland is treating you well. *smile*
TK, I did put up a post a day before and a comment on Thurs to say I was gonna be there. You didn’t see it??
Sowie ya…
“sai” products? actually. nothing more to say since its “sai”. and somewhat like waste.. the “thing” that comes out of ppl’s “ka-cheng” :p NUFF SAID!!!
Panda, dont go back to Japan just yet.. can u stay longer here in KL? PLEASE!!!!!!
H1N1 case in Japan getting more and more “CIALAT”!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! ! ! ! ! !
wow Hannah
you look so good, as always. The little dolly figure. Is that a manga replica of yourself there? Take care babe : )
alamak the message came out 3 times. slow connection response, thats why. ok.
cheerio
Hey Hannah food for camera but kind of under-dressed arentcha, haha, despite being the eye candy that you are. I sooo wanted to accidentally bump into you on purpose but too bad I was stuck smack in the middle of a corporate sales pitch. Imagine if Mr. and Mrs. “His Excellency” did participate in the Cosplay! Hahaha! Still… as in your case, beanies off to him! Haha
By the way, what adli meant for sai was Tahiti without the ti, hahaha. Hence, takkan put sai on your muka, haha. Both sai and ka-cherng ( meaning “backdoor to your digestive system”) is in Hokkien la.
From the last post: Hehe, not many friends know I cook too, since I only cook on special occasions but having you as dining mate is dynamite reason enough, haha. The dim sum place is in Cheras, I’ll be honored if you can squeeze in some yumcha time with me, hahaha, maybe the next time you’re back from Japan? Hair – By the way, I don’t really know much about hair, just sharing my thoughts, hehe. Well, I’m not saying GOD’s creation is flawed but more often than not, discrepancies accentuate beauty. AI – Whoa, I think your killer combo could even win the World Idol! Haha, I might not want to admit it but I dread the idea of Kris having a chance of winning. I don’t know if Bo Bice vs. Carrie Underwood was as strong a case as Clay Aiken vs. Ruben Studdart (spelled correctly?), judging from their success after the competition. But I totally agree with you on giving credit for Kris on his guitar, since that’s his forte what.
eh my bad i must have over looked noooo!!! no need to be sorry is my bad …. 4 eyes not enuf for me already !!!!
yea i looked back u did mention… >….
CGI is the future of entertainment. Hope to see more Malaysian’s talent in this field.
Haha ok Adli, thanks, I understand the ‘sai’ part. Haha. Cute la you. And ok, I’ll try not to go back so soon. If no money to pay my bills I go look for you k… Haha. Kidding.
Esquire, you’re far too kind. Good photographer. Haha. And no la, not my replica. I wish I looked like that tho. Haha. Deleted your 1st 2 repeated comments already. *smile*
Jerome, very funny you. Haha. And yes, I understood what Adli meant in Hokkien. Just wanted to be sure he meant exactly that. Haha. And very well said about AI. We’ll see I guess. In any case Kris wins, I reckon it wouldn’t be a surprise anymore would it? Haha. I wonder what the Americans are thinking this time. And cool, a man that cooks. Sexy. Haha. But it has to taste good la ya… otherwise not counted. Haha. Kidding. You’re very articulate. *smile*
Haha TK, 4 eyes still better than 2 though. Haha. Next time I put it up in big bold words k… *grin* Hehe. Hope all’s well with you. *smile*
Marv, I totally agree with you on that. *smile*
