Hmmm… aromatherapy. I’m using Lampe Berger (btw, it’s genuine, not those scam thingy) and it really soothed you down. Lit it up few minutes before you go to sleep and it does help a lot. Especially during those dry hazy time. *wink*

morning flu all gone ady once u burn the lamp about few minits at nite and leave it in the room for a few hours to get the smell
