Sunday in Sarawak

Did anyone manage to catch the F1 race this weekend? By
golly, Button seems to be acing the first quarter or should I say 29% of the
season thus far ay? Finally after so many years in F1 he now has a window of opportunity to
challenge for the championship thanks to Brawn GP and Ross Brawn the genious.
Haha…

The folks have been keeping me company this week. *smile* It
was really nice to be able to catch up with them without a ticking clock for
physical work. *laugh* Although there’s still work to be done, at least I can
sit down and concentrate on what I really need to do without having to run
around like a headless chicken for interviews, shoots and meetings the last
couple of days. Such a strange feeling although it was a nice change I must
say. Rarity. Haha. Gonna savour it while I can. Yea~ *laugh*

Oh but you know what devastated me most last
nite? I was about to switch on my notebook when I realized the START
button together with a chunk of the connecting piece on the right back corner
of my Vaio was missing. Anyway to cut the long story short, the house maid
dropped my notebook when she was cleaning the room. *sigh* I obviously couldn’t
switch it on after that, and will have to see if the rest of the info in there
is still retrievable when I get back to KL. My work! :-( Oh well, on the flip
side, perhaps God’s trying to tell me He wants to give me a new Vaio? *laugh*
Such faith ya. Haha…

Although I was more than happy to stay home the last
couple of days with some quiet time to myself, my folks eventually managed to
drag my big butt out to proudly show me the latest mall in Kuching – The Spring. Haha. We spent less than
half an hour walking around (I’m not much of a shopper unless you put me in a
tech shop) and ended up with some ice cream to take home. Haha. The first GSC
cinema should be opening there in June if I’m not mistaken. *smile*

quite empty for a weekend

mum & dad – this is how I found them after my toilet break. I guess this is what happens after 50. Haha. So cute.

I managed to do some cooking this trip which made me
really happy. Don’t get to do much of that in KL due to time, so was really
happy to have the chance to play REAL masak-masak
this week. Haha. Share more in the next post k. Hehe. Big hugs from Kuching~ *smile*

That place kinda looks like Tropicana City Mall, given how spacious it is. (guess that’s one thing all new malls have in common)

Regarding your Vaio, if it’s still under warranty you should be able to send it back to Sony.
