Food time! Evelyn, this one’s for you! Haha. After the Italian food I have been having (I had pasta for lunch and dinner yesterday with my local counterparts, so I have concluded that the Japanese in general are ironically quite fond of Italian food *smile*), this one came as a real treat for me since there’s no better way to experience Japan than by eating Japanese food! Haha. So here’s dining the true Japanese way… *grin* BTW everything comes in big sizes, but in this case, big is good ya… Haha.
The ordering system works around this vending machine – pick your meal and pay first to place your order. In this case the restaurant owner won’t have to worry about cash register discrepancies and of course, customers not paying for their meals too! Haha.
Want to know the best ramen shop in town ? The best kaiten shusi place ? Perhaps you should start your own TV program like ’5 meals in day in Tokyo’. Astro, TV3, etc. may be interested. Food programs are now very popular all over Asia.
I’m sure you’ll be successful in this kind of series.
Seriously, I think you can be a very successful TV/program presenter. Are you heading in this direction ? Since you enjoy food & sight-seeing, and having such a beautiful personality, I’m sure Malaysian would like to follow you around Japan. Onsen, ski jo, Okinawa, Hokkaido, etc. So much to see and experience.
The guy in the last pic, is he holding meals coupons from the vending machine? His face seems funny.
