It’s the week of home cooked meals for me and nothing makes me happier than being in the kitchen. Hehe. It’s the perfect stress-reliever and food therapy can never go wrong. *smile* No casualties so far so I reckon we’re on the right track!!! *laugh*
This week on the menu I’ve included an original recipe – Hannah’s oyster ‘mee-sua’ with minced meat and veg. Very healthy! Haha. And to top it up, a tall glass of blended fresh strawberry yoghurt. Preservative- and sugar-free yet truly yum-mmmmmmie! Hehe. I’ll show you how I make my own yoghurt next time but for now, please allow me to dig in…hehe. Jom makan, Itadakimasu…

The voice rest yesterday and meds (I visited a clinic for the first time in Japan yesterday hehe) are doing me good and I should be good to hit the studio again soon! Yay! It’s been a hectic week at the Language school with a test today, and another 2 big test this Friday again for Katakana as well as the general syllabus. I had to buy some additional books (and the dictionary I was looking for too – I finally found it! Hehe) this week to help me with the lessons so hopefully that will make the difference. *smile* Next week, we start our first lesson of Kanji but for now, please help me pray that this week will be a good one k! *smile*

The weather is gradually getting warmer and at this present moment, it’s 11 degrees. Earlier in the afternoon it went up to 14 degrees (if I’m not mistaken), so it’s great. Plus, the sunshine makes me happy. *smile* Can’t wait for Spring which is also just round the corner! Woohoo~ Anyone visiting Japan for the sakura season? *smile*

Oh and my mum and dad will be visiting me in March starting 18th so I’m very excited and eagerly counting the days to their arrival. I can’t wait!!! I reckon that would be the happiest day for me! Hehe. Miss my folks and hey, come to think of it, it would definitely give me another good excuse to visit Disneyland again!!!! Mwahaha. La la la…. Hehe. Happy happy.
Aiks I totally forgot its makan time! *laugh* I eat first k. Mwah!
