I was fortunate to be able to spend some time with my Uncle Steve and his family over makan since they were in Tokyo for their annual Disneyland family trip. Hehe. And because they were staying at Disneyland itself, we decided to eat at Ikspirasi where I got to satisfy my steak craving. Again! Haha.

Speaking of which I reckon my mum had finally cracked the code to the mysterious and sudden cravings I’ve been having for steak! Haha. She labeled it as ‘comfort food’. So I believe you can probably guess the underlying meaning to this without me having to say so much. *laugh*

There are always character-building moments in life, some longer than others and some more intense than we would have anticipated for. Nevertheless I reckon that with each step of the way we just need to focus on the things we have been blessed with in a humble and grateful spirit, and the challenges will in turn be auto-resized to a smaller scale. Everything is relative, so if you ever find yourself in a rut, think about the others who are worse off than you are and start thanking God for choosing you for the opportunity to grow in character and as a person. *smile*

It’s never easy but I guess that’s how ‘conquer’ got its definition in the first place, ay? *smile* Thanks guys for being my pillar of strength and my constant source of encouragement. You make all the difference. *smile*
